We live in a very fast paced world today with an ever-increasing need for access to mental health. I am exceedingly aware of the impact of mental health on quality-of-life. My goal is to provide tools to enable my clients to lead a healthy, happy life. My extensive background in crisis situations, both in my professional training and during my time in the military, has shaped my passion and foundation for trauma treatment and improved mental health in diverse populations.

Never Ever Give Up (NEGU) Counseling Services is here to help and offers services for the military, civilians, and their family members when you are available and on your schedule.
Some of the services offered include: individual, couples, and group counseling. Concerns that can be addressed include anxiety, emotions and experiences, PTSD, substance use, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQIAP+ issues, self-image, stress, suicide, plus more.

Couples $125/hr
Group $75/hr
Sliding scale available under certain circumstances.
